volunteers to join the founding circle. This guide outlines volunteer roles, recognition, and also
how to integrate Donate and GoFundMe buttons on the website.

Key Volunteer Positions We’re Recruiting Now
All positions are currently volunteer-based. However, as Sevens & Circles secures funding, some of these roles may evolve into partially paid positions or stipends. By joining us early, you’ll be helping to shape the foundation of our work — and may be among the first considered when resources allow for compensation.

Volunteer Coordinator / Assistant to Director
Organize and communicate with volunteers, schedule shifts, and support the Founder/Director in carrying out events and meetings.

Social Media & Communications Manager (1–2 people)
Manage Instagram, Facebook, and Meetup posts, create engaging content, and spread awareness of our mission.

Bookkeeping & Admin Support
Assist with financial records, tracking donations, and keeping the books in order.

Community Outreach Coordinator
Engage with local partners, distribute flyers, attend events, and build relationships with community organizations.

Sponsorship & Partnerships Coordinator
Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and donors who can sponsor Sevens & Circles projects.

Event Photographer / Visual Storyteller
Capture the spirit of Sevens & Circles gatherings and events, including screenshots from virtual meetings (with permission), behind-the-scenes moments, and in-person events. Photos will be used on our website, social media, and outreach materials. Must provide own equipment.

Volunteer Coordinator Assistants
Support the Volunteer Coordinator in welcoming new volunteers, tracking schedules, and keeping communication flowing. Help with follow-ups, reminders, and ensuring volunteers feel connected and supported.

Event Support Volunteer
Assist with logistics at both virtual and in-person events. This may include setting up online meetings, greeting participants, helping with tech support, distributing materials, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the event.

Webmaster
Maintain and grow the Sevens & Circles website. Responsibilities include
posting volunteer opportunities, updating events, managing donation and GoFundMe links,
and ensuring accessibility and security. Ideal for someone with web design or content
management experience. Flexible schedule; mostly remote.
